Chef Danielle Alvarez returns to Summer House Dining, crafting our most premium dining experience. Renowned for her mastery of seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients, Danielle has curated a beautifully seasonal menu using the best local produce. Perched on a raised deck with stunning views of Sydney Harbour and completely sheltered from the elements in a giant marquee, Summer House Dining provides guests with the ultimate harbourside restaurant experience. Sit back and revel in the breathtaking vistas and summer evening vibe as you enjoy full table service. You’ll experience a beautiful prix-fixe menu created by Danielle, alongside fine wines and custom cocktails. Upon arrival, our wait staff will escort you to your reserved table, ensuring you have something splendid to sip on while they take you on a delightful summer stroll through Danielle’s enticing menu. For this experience, guests must arrive by 6:30pm, giving you ample time to enjoy the dining experience before the film begins at approximately 8:30pm.

Please note the cost of food and beverage is not included. A set price of $140 per person applies. Strictly no BYO food or alcohol.

About Danielle

Danielle Alvarez, acclaimed Australian chef, draws her farm-to-table passion from a rich culinary lineage in the US and Australia. Raised in a food-loving Cuban-American family, she honed her skills at iconic establishments like The French Laundry and Chez Panisse. As the creative force behind Fred’s Australia, Danielle earned acclaim, holding two chef’s hats. In 2022, after six years at Fred’s helm, she became the Culinary Director at the Sydney Opera House, crafting signature menus for prestigious venues. Danielle, author of ‘Always Add Lemon’ and ‘Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking,’ is also a columnist and co-host of The Good Food Kitchen.
