GROUND STAFF
Ground staff are responsible for the majority of the event’s customer facing roles with tasks including ushering, ticket scanning, hosting dining areas, managing crowds, event set-up, cleaning, and site maintenance. Ground staff are required to actively engage with patrons and adapt to the unique requirements of our site and patrons.
Hours of work:
Between 3-5 shifts per week usually starting from 4.00pm and finishing between 9:00pm and 12:30am.
Pay: Amusement, Events, and Recreation Award (MA000080)
Casual – Not Exhibition Employees Grade 1–4 depending on duties and experience
BAR STAFF
Our bars are fast paced and festival style and require bartenders to be assertive, articulate and efficient. Bar staff are expected to provide an elevated level of customer service and enhance the event experience with helpful and effective communication. You must have a valid NSW RSA.
Hours of work:
Between 3-5 shifts per week usually starting from 4:00pm and finishing between 8:00pm and 11:00pm.
Pay: Amusement, Events, and Recreation Award (MA000080)
Casual – Not Exhibition Employees Grade 1–4 depending on duties and experience.
BUMP IN CREW
We are looking for crew to assist with the Event set up. We’re seeking workers who are physically fit and able to assist in the construction and set-up of infrastructure. Experience in event set-up/pack-down or similar will be advantageous when applying for this position. You must have a White Card.
Bump-in will run from mid- December to 9th January with a break over Christmas and New Year’s. Shifts will be on an ad-hoc basis based around construction timing.

TICKETING STAFF
Ticketing staff are in a customer facing position with both general public and VIP guests. Ticketing staff must be confident in communicating and troubleshooting in a small but busy call centre and/or a box office environment. Experience in a ticketing, retail, or hospitality environment is favourable.
Hours of work:
9am – 5pm, late November until early January; then 9am – 9pm until late February. Note that we operate 7 days a week during the season (9 Jan – 24 Feb 2026).
Pay: Broadcasting, Recorded Entertainment and Cinemas Award 2020 (MA000091)
Cinema Worker Level 2 – Level 4 depending on duties and experience.
