Since establishing the event in Sydney in 1998, dining and enjoying drinks with friends has been at the heart of it all. Partnering with leading restauranteurs and caterers, each year we create a spectacular al fresco dining experience on the harbour’s edge, seating more than a thousand guests nightly.
Friends, first-dates, partners and colleagues gather to watch the stunning sunset views, enjoying a diverse summer menu of snacks, small plates and mains, alongside wine, cocktails and a range of other beautiful beverages.
Over the years we’ve worked with great people and businesses like Aria, Belinda Franks, Neil Perry, Guillame Brahimi, James Viles, Clayton Wells, Mike McEnearney, Danielle Alvarez and Luke Nguyen.
This summer we’ll continue to elevate the dining experiences in our three distinct areas, The Point, Chandon Garden and Summer House and will reveal our collaborators shortly…watch this space.
